Each order includes a care card with simple instructions to help you thoughtfully incorporate the products into your routine. There’s no pressure, just ease and intention.


Is this beginner friendly?

Absolutely. All products are designed to be simple, intuitive, and easy to enjoy, whether you’re new to herbal wellness or already have an established routine.


How long does shipping take?

All products are handmade in small batches and shipped as quickly as possible based on order volume.
Processing time is 2–5 business days, and shipping options (with insurance available) can be selected at checkout.


How should I store the products?

Store products at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight. For freshness and quality, products are best enjoyed within 6 months of opening.


How are your ingredients sourced?

All ingredients are ethically sourced, fair trade, and organic whenever possible. Quality and integrity are at the heart of every formulation.


What is your return, refund, and exchange policy?

All sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or you’re unhappy with your products for any reason, please reach out via email. I’m always happy to help and will work with you to make things right, including sending fresh replacements when needed.

When will my order be shipped? Orders ship out within 2-5 business days.

When will I receive my order? Customers choose delivery speed at checkout. Once the order is in USPS system they are responsible for delivery speed. Contact USPS for in depth tracking info.

My order arrived incomplete or with broken products. What should I do? Don’t worry all orders are insured by USPS! If you are experiencing issues with your order please email thesunflowerchild.co@gmail with a detailed description of the issue and pictures of broken items. All broken and missing items will be replaced.
